Position : Jr.Voice (Dialer) engineer Location : Fischers, IN Duration : 6 Months *Max Rate $50/hr* *Need Green Card / US Citizens Only* *SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :* - Voice Architecture, LINUX, Voice XML, XML, SQL - Telecom experience supporting ISDN and SIP lines. - Interactive Intelligence Experience (preferable with Dialer). - Support Windows services and applications. - Knowledge of database concepts and SQL. - Troubleshoot and support audio path, inbound call, outbound call and quality issues for phones used by agents. - Ability to obtain government Treasury and Department of Education clearance. - Linux OS administration experience, server performance, and server hardware support. - Support Linux applications and database. - Experience with web services, apache, IIS, SOAP, XML.
