Ex -Time Recording Terminals, KRONOs, CATS, etc., - Should have knowledge of Workflow, Data Uploads and Data Migration in SAP HR. - Should have experience in *CATS processing*, Interfaces like AL11, Home directory, inbound and outbound interfaces with flat files. - Should have experience in Performance tuning - Should have experience in preparing test data in HR module - Good Analytical and Communication skills. *Job Title 2 : SAP HCM Functional Consultant * *Location: Wichita, KS* *Duration : Longterm* *Job Description:-* - Experience: 7 - 10 Years Good exposure in the SAP Space, with depth in implementing and configuring various SAP HR applications: Primarily Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, CATS, USA -Payroll modules - A Proven Consulting / Functional Professional , with at least 2+ full life cycle implementation - Should be adept with proven implementation methodologies like, ASAP, etc., - Able to proactively collaborate with clients, identify innovative approaches, and have a strong desire to excel. - SAP technical expertise, in the areas of Integration with various 3rd party applications, viz., Time Recording Terminals, KRONOs, CATS, etc., - Desirable to have ABAP, Debugging and Batch monitoring skills - Good Communication and presentation Skills Qualification: Post Graduation in HR and/ or Relevant HR Domain Experience.
