Role: QA Tester Location: Richmond, VA Rate: $30/hr MAX rate *Skills:* Functional Experience: 5+ years in QA Finance Industry: 3+ years Financial Services industry experience Tools: 5+ years experience in Quality Center, ClearQuest, Ab Initio, Teradata, DB2, MVS, UNIX, SQL, SAS Deep experience with automated Tools like LoadRunner, WinRunner, and QTP a plus *Description*: -The application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to the definition, planning and tracking of project activities to meet or exceed customer and stakeholder needs and expectations. -Leads one or more projects, which may involve multiple technical disciplines. -May consult on and utilize latest project methodologies, including Agile. -Uses Microsoft Project, and analyzes data in Excel and presents in PowerPoint. -Manage multiple responsibilities and projects with tight deadlines. - Ability to shift priorities and to meet urgent operational deadlines. -Participate in project planning and daily stand-up in an Agile environment. -Hands-on testing of web applications focusing primarily on functional testing -Perform thorough analysis of business requirement, design documentation to ensure completeness and testability. Keen attention to detail. -Test Case Management: Producing test plans.
