The manager is requesting experience with ERPs - Specifically SAP.
This is from an organizational change perspective. This resource will be
captaining the change mgt plans as they migrate part of the company from
JDE

to SAP.

Key skills from the manager:
· Demonstrated Change Management and facilitation skills and prior
experience with change readiness communications
· Strong presentation, written, oral and visual communication skills,
including ability to read and adapt to different communication styles
· Demonstrated problem analysis and solution recommendation capabilities
· Flexibility and ability to react quickly and efficiently to project or
business need changes
· Ability to work in multiple media as appropriate to the audience and
message
· Strong interpersonal and influence management skills (enabling effective
relationships with other project team members and business unit / geography

personnel, and ability to defuse tension and facilitate cross-group
decision making).
· Ability to work with all levels of management, including Executives (VP
and above), managers and end users and with external audiences, as
necessary
· Demonstrated project management skills
· Technical abilities consistent with available communications tools /
channels (email, presentations, Internet, BU specific and function specific
tools,

etc.)

Description:
? Develop and Execute Change Management, Stakeholder
Management/Communications Strategies and Tactics
? Change Management Align existing change methodology and develop plan to
define tasks and manage execution for change management and

communications in support of program or project activities and business
needs, including executive needs, program needs, deployments and transition
to

ongoing production support.
? Plan for program implementation of critical deliverables, but also use
available resources to respond quickly to immediate needs and revisions in
work

plans.
? Plan tactics, leveraging existing methodology, to address organizational
and technical change impacts; drive identification of
stakeholders/audiences

and needs (on internal, external and individual project basis).
? Plans will include:
• Sponsor Plan based on Sponsor Model/ Stakeholder Map
• Stakeholder Engagement Plan, including Sponsor and Project Team coaching
regarding change management
• Change/ Impact Action Plan based on Change Impact Assessments
