1) Be responsible for providing PeopleSoft Systems Administration and
environmental support for non-production PeopleSoft application
environments (HCM 9.2) and Time & Labor and Absence Management environments.
2) Application of regulatory updates as well as patches and fixes to
non-production environments and troubleshooting.
3) Manage and monitor Application and Process Scheduler domains along with
TIDAL.
4) Assist with upgrade support and conversions as needed.
v. In addition to analyzing and executing the PeopleSoft version 9.2 human
capital

Management upgrade scripts, be able to:
1) Analyze the upgrade scripts in relation to the v9.0 database to identify
potential issues during the upgrade script execution/data conversion
process.
2) Apply v9.2 patches to the copies of the production database throughout
each upgrade pass, dress rehearsal and final migration activity and ensure
that UW PS Admins are aware of patching activities.
3) Execute the PeopleSoft v9.2 upgrade scripts and conversion routines
during each upgrade pass, dress rehearsal and final migration activity.
4) Research and resolve upgrade script and data conversion execution errors.
5) Document the sequence and timeframes for executing the upgrade
activities.
6) Create the upgrade script execution plan/schedule.
7) Validate appropriate hardware and databases are installed, configured
and operational based upon project needs and timeline.
8) Plan and schedule PeopleSoft system administration work.
9) Analyze PeopleSoft application related patches provided by Oracle,
confirming project impact.
10) Create/confirm all PS System Admin-related documentation has been
completed, updated, and approved.

vi. Must be able to pass MPS's criminal information background checks. (See
¶ 7 of the MPS
Professional Services Contract [§ 7.5 of the RFP]. A criminal information
background
check is required for anybody providing services under a resulting
contract.)
