Work experience in business systems analysis including process mapping and developing entity relationship diagrams. Work experience with Oracle BPM or similar business process modeling tools. Demonstrated leadership skills, communication, analytical and problem solving skills, short term and long term planning skills. Fluency in written and spoken English. Demonstrated experience in web technologies and enterprise application implementations.
