*Job Title : Lead SAP FICO FUNCTIONAL ANALYST* *Location : Sacramento, CA*
*Duration : 6 months +* MULTIPLE POSITIONS Key Skills – · in-depth knowledge of Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable, LIV, 1099 and Invoice Management solutions. · Must have functional knowledge of Accounting Scope such as Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Financial close etc as specified in tasks. The contractor is expected to work with the client FI/CO team to support the following FI/CO tasks: 1. Analyze results of Segregation of duties conflicts identified from SOD analysis report. Analyst will work closely with Business owners and SAP Security Analysts, perform testing to resolve conflicts and/or develop/document remediation/mitigation strategies. Once conflicts are resolved analyst will unit test modified roles to insure that no access to needed functionality has been lost. In order to successfully perform this work, the contractor must have expertise to perform sap ecc transactions in FI/CO and have a basic understanding of SAP security objects. Functional experience mitigating/remediating segregation of duties conflicts required. 2. Provide Functional Analyst Support for AP Invoice Management system - Support Business Unit SME and project team with go live, stabilization and patch testing. Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with Accounts Payable required. Successful candidates will have experience with standard LIV functionality with MM-PUR and invoice management tools such as Dolphin, Readsoft, or OpenText. 3. Functional Tester SAP year end patch and Unicode testing – Support and partner with SAP FI functional analysts to support SAP Enhancement pack and Unicode testing. Identify test data, perform test scripts, regression testing. Organize team test assets. Work with test coordinators to update test scripts. Make recommendation for best practice improvements. Weekly Report status to project lead and functional lead. 4. SAP Travel Management Support – Provide Break fix support for Travel Management process. Successful candid will have expertise with SAP Travel Management, FI and basic SAP workflow functionality. Knowledge of HR organization structure helpful. 5. Fixed Assets – Provide Configuration and break fix support and small enhancements. Successful candidate will have deep understanding of standard FI-AA and group assets. 6. 1099/1042 – Candidate will lead project to produce 1099/1042.
