*Client: BJ’s wholesale club* *Location: Westborough, MA* *Duration::6+ Months* Job Description:: *Required Skills:* - Minimum 9+ years of hands on experience in WebSphere Commerce. - Hands on experience in IBM WebSphere Commerce Suite and J2EE technologies - Extensive Understanding of Commerce domain, B2B, B2C, B2B2C - Extensive knowledge of Struts, Hibernate, EJB. - Good communication skills *Preferred Skills:* - Knowledge of Content Management Systems - Good Communication skills, interpersonal skills and analytical skills. - Knowledge or expertise on performance and tuning will be beneficial. *Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities* - Works with stakeholders to perform application functionality gap analysis and feasibility studies. - lead the implementation of the Commerce solution, development activities for a functional area, module, or project. - Provides and documents technical design and specifications meeting business and functional requirements. - Solution, develop, implements and maintains tools/applications. - Performs unit testing prior to moving code/configuration to the QA process. Evaluates and researches upgrades, patches and new functionality. Researches defects and solve for root cause in application. - Assists in the development and definition of test plans and scripts for performance, regression and user acceptance test plans - support QA activities as required. - Analyzes applications for compliance with security protocols. - Trains team members on areas of expertise. Participate in and lead peer reviews.
