Initially the consultants will need to work in either Charlotte NC or Chicago IL as this project is to support large data center migrations for the Bank. After 2 or 3 months of on site training and project ramp up the consultants will have the option of finishing the long term project (12 to 18 months) at one of our Delivery Centers in either Kansas City MO or Troy (Detroit) MI. ** *Req Details:* ·Proficient in the administration of Websphere Application Server ND versions 6.1, WebSphere Process Server, and WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus. ·Highly proficient with Unix variant operating systems. (AIX, Solaris, Linux) ·Proficient in administration of IBM IHS and SunOne web server on Solaris. ·Ability to evaluate, install, test, configure, maintain, monitor performance of and troubleshoot WebSphere applications. ·A good understanding of concepts related to web server load balancing and other application scaling concepts. ·Strong Unix systems administration experience.(Solaris, Linux, AIX) ·Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.(Unix, Networking, DMZ, Firewalls, J2EE, Web and Application Servers) ·UNIX scripting skills. Creation and support of automation scripts, e.g. log rotation and plugin migration, configuration automation. ·Thorough understanding of Java/J2EE concepts (JDBC, JMS/MQ, JSP, EJB, JNDI, etc&) required. ·Understanding of security concepts and their application on the WAS environment. ·Ability to follow, improve upon and create processes required for effective systems administration. ·Experience and/or knowledge of Introscope, Siteminder, WAS ND 6.1, SSL communication and WSADMIN scripting. ·Expertise in load management, failover and high availability architectures. IBM certification in WebSphere Application Server Administration a plus.
