The project encompasses analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation activities Description of Work This position serves as an Application Programmer and performs systems analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation for the eCitation system. This position must interact with analysts, other developers, and project management staff assigned to the team. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form, and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships within and outside the team. Expertise in design and implementation of criminal justice applications is highly desirable.
