They need someone who can understand what their current POS system does, determine the features that are important to their franchises, and make sure those features are ported over to the new system. · They also need someone who can work with the franchises to determine what is lacking in their current system and how to implement those new features. · The position is on the strategy side of the house, so a consultative approach and working with internal and external customers will be very important. · They must have strong experience with customer interface and a good background with POS systems. · Experience writing detailed requirements and user stories is also important. · Will be required to do some domestic and international travel (about 15%) to meet with franchises.
