Salesforce Solution Architect:- *Location: Indianapolis IN* *6-12 months* *Job Description:* *Salesforce Developer, Experienced, Good communication skills, Senior level. Marketing and Sales Cloud experience. Lead consultative engagements with customers on the technical and business challenges related to their e-communication initiatives • Present high-level overviews of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and integration capabilities • Interacts with both technical and non-technical customers, attains relevant technical and business requirements, analyzes information and designs comprehensive solutions • Create, manage and present an actionable BRD/FSD (Blueprint) that aligns a customer's business needs to that of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution • Conducts solutions presentations and obtains customer acceptance to solution design • Identify project issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve • Validates solution components and provide solution walkthrough with customer. Guides customer through solution deployment • Managing multiple client engagements and work with associated team members • Support Account Executives and Go To Market teams with sales opportunities by validating solutions Requirements • Four year college degree (Business, Computer Information Systems, or similar degree preferred) or equivalent experience with demonstrated proficiency • Experience documenting customer problems and software solutions using BRDs\FSDs, wireframes, diagrams, workflows and mockups. • Experience leading customer facing discovery sessions to conceptualize and design complex business solutions. • Excellent presentation and verbal skills with technical, non-technical, end-user, and executive audiences • Past experience developing SQL with a RDBMS such as MySQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server • Familiarity with HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript • Familiarity with SOAP APIs, REST APIs and integration techniques. • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies including requirements, design, implementation, testing and maintenance • Understanding of sales process and methodologies preferred. • Experience in the interactive marketing industry preferred Priya; pr...@rmnetworksinc.com; 425-278-4123 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
