Strong hands on expertise in Windows core infrastructure services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Windows high availability fail over clusters. Strong PowerShell and scripting skills required. Hands on experience with virtual environments based on VMware ESXi required. Use of automated provisioning and configuration technologies such as vRA, Chef and Azure automation is highly desired. Demonstrated experience designing, implementing and supporting complex Citrix environments from XenApp 6.5, 7x. Expertise in Citrix NetScaler is desired. Hands on experience in Citrix upgrades, migrations and deployment of tiered and zoned Citrix environments on Windows Infrastructure in a complex multi domain Active Directory environment. Strong expertise in user profile management, Active Directory Group Policy. Experience in Microsoft Azure, OMS, Azure AD Premium and Office 365 is a big plus. Exceptional skills and proven experience in Infrastructure implementation and support of industry standard high performance datacenter technologies, networks & server systems. Understanding of globally dispersed, tiered & scalable applications, highly available clusters, load balancers and enterprise class storage systems that meet 7 x 24 100% availability objectives. Detailed understanding of global wide area networks, cloud computing technologies, available services and products. Industry standard and relevant technical certifications desired. Strong presentation skills required. Must be able to coach and train junior staff. Must be able to make project presentations to senior leadership.
