MS Exchange/Messaging Engineer Schaumburg, IL*(Locals Only)* 7 mo Contract *Must pass a drug test and background check once offered position* INTERVIEW: Phone interview, followed by face to face. PROJECT: Catamaran to Optum mail migration and daily Catamaran Exchange operational support and changes. TEAM: Part of a 3 member team. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Lead and provide technical expertise with mailbox, public folders and shared mailbox migrations from Catamaran Exchange into Optum Exchange environment. 2) Provide 2nd and 3rd level Email customer support. 3) Perform security updates to the Exchange environment. 4) Lead Exchange system performance diagnostics and scalability activities. 5) Experience working with Zixmail, Barracuda and FireEye mail security. 6) Accountable for the availability, reliability, serviceability of the Exchange environment. 7) Expert knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2003/2010. 8) Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2003/2008/2012 Server Operating Systems. 9) Responsible for architecture and technical design documentation for production systems and related integration's with dependent sub-systems. TOOLS: 1) Expert knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2003/2010. 2) Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2003/2008/2012 Server Operating Systems.
