* Location: Minneapolis, MN Contract: 6 months but potential to convert long term Target Start Date: 11/14/2016 (earliest possible date)* *Job Details: * · Review the demos of existing systems, create requirement documents, estimate effort, review test design/plans and test cases, ensure optimum test environment is setup, and coordinate with client and internal team on status updates WITH the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to clients in testing WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. · Coming up with overall test strategy for UAT for major program. · Leading a team of 3+ resources in planning and executing UAT from offshore. · Co-ordinate with BA’s and business partners at onsite to identify the items to be covered for UAT. · Prepare detailed execution calendar for UAT outlining the activities to be performed on a day to day basis for execution. · Work with offshore testers in ensuring tech batch runs and processes are lined up to support the UAT plan created. · Mentor the offshore team in coming up with test scenarios and test cases for UAT. · Help business team with test data identification and liaise with offshore team in ensuring required data set-up is done ahead of time for UAT. · Ensure test cases and defects are maintained in QC for UAT and establish traceability between test cases and URs for complete coverage. · Provide walkthrough of test results to business SMEs and stakeholders to obtain sign offs for UAT completed. · Liaise with tech partners to address any issues identified during UAT. · Anchor defect triage meetings and meetings with cross commit teams in ensuring UAT for the entire program is executed as per plan. · Perform hands on execution when required to meet UAT deadlines (Must be able to do CICS screen validations and basic mainframe file and table checkouts when needed) · Capture and provide testing status reports to stakeholders and business leaders. · Identify risks and issues proactively and work out mitigation plans and ensure communication of the same to stakeholders. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
