I would think someone who has personally managed at least one full life cycle CMDB deployment with process to implementation coverage. ?We may be able to send you a more details requirements document in couple of days but it would be great if you can start narrowing down candidates. *Job Responsibilities:* - An IT Architect Responsible for designing systems, processes, strategies, refining, and delivering on CMDB Process and Implementation roadmap right from scratch. -This position serves as a liaison between clients and/or other technical groups and works to create a data driven organization by implementing proper Process/Services monitoring system across the organization. -Performing advanced analysis, strategic planning and solving highly complex architectural problems across organization and creates an Integrated Services Monitoring System. -Understanding of business processes as it relates to Configuration & Asset Management and the CMDB. -Ensures ITIL process of integration of Services, Problem, Change, and CMDB. -Experience or working knowledge of Enterprise monitoring solutions ITSM, CMDB, Remedy, Servicenow and not limited.
