Job Description: # Provide technical requirements based on Network Management input and Business requirements to provide detailed high level design requirements for Global Performance Reporting (GPR) Application and COMPASS for IPAG (OEM & OEW), MIS, VPN and Mobility services. # Candidates should have strong IP/MPLS Routing, performance Management and SLA knowledge in order to qualify for this position. # The system engineer needs participate in user training, provide training documents and work as a liaison to solve customer training and production issues while being an advocate for the application. # Help resolve user/AT&T specific issues, production issue escalation, etc. are to be managed and resolved by this team. # Technical requirement documents in the IT UP artifacts are heavy and are the deliverables from the Systems Engineering work.
