We have an Urgent opening .Please see the Job Description Below and let me know if you have any consultant available. *Service Now/Service Now Technical lead * *Location: Cleveland, OH* *Duration: 6+ months* *Need visa copy and photo id during submission* *Job Description:- * • Develop ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSS • Solution and provide requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications • Develop and deliver customized portal web pages in ServiceNow using Bootstrap and AngularJS JavaScript frameworks • Work with functional and admin teams to deliver automated workflow solutions in ServiceNow • 3rd party software integrations with ServiceNow • Configure ServiceNow Discovery and Orchestration. • Advise functional and admin teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices. Responsible for administrating ServiceNow Application • Core configuration administration– navigation, search, UI, manage lists and forms, create/modify business rules and client scripts, activate plugins • Service administration– create and manage reports, configure Service Level Agreements (SLA) within the tool, create customization and branding for the website. • User administration – user access, roles, groups, profiles • Data management – manage data with tables and CMDB, manage data with import sets and update sets • Administration of Knowledge Base and Service Catalog.
