*Work From Home 100% Remote Description:*Plans, leads, executes, manages, and audits weekly configuration data migration from development through implementation, protecting the accuracy of the configuration data through the migration process. Supports Amisys Consultants both analytically and technically in the design, creation, and modification of all Amisys subsystems. This includes utilizing labor-reducing methods through usage of other data manipulation methods. Creates, maintains, and is responsible for the integrity of all AMISYS configuration to support benefit administration, premium billing and collection functions, claim adjudication, provider reimbursement, capitation, fee schedule administration, Finance functions, Medical Management functions, general processing and data maintenance rules, correspondence, and coding protocols. Plans, designs, documents and supports the implementation and maintenance of “best practices” for configuration team and creates a more efficient/effective work environment for Operations System Support. Designs, develops, documents and implements multi-functional job aids and system applications for Operations partnerships, such as BIT team. Technical Liaison with Information Services Department on OSS configuration migration requests, ensuring continuity throughout process, and other departments as needed. Analyzes and completes ad hoc reporting requests and data analysis for multiple Operations departments. Performs other related duties as assigned. *Requirements:* Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a computer/systems field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a health care systems environment with strong understanding of managed care business concepts required. Proficient knowledge of all AMISYS subsystems and interdependencies. Skills and experience in contract and benefit development, capitation, correspondence generator and AMISYS reporting functions. Excellent working knowledge of database structure, system logic and system development life cycle methodologies. Strong technical and analytical skills, including proficient use of PC applications, system utilities, and reporting required, including but not limited to MS Excel and MS Access. At least 3 years of previous experience in the administration of health care benefits, administration policies, or provider reimbursement policies and mechanisms. Knowledge of medical terminology, coding protocols, provider reimbursement, and benefit structures required. Familiarity with managed care business concepts required (e.g. administration, benefits administration, or medical reimbursement).
