*Need Sr.Financial Data Analyst with Risk & Credit Experience* Position :Sr.Financial Data Analyst with Risk & Credit Experience Location:Tampa, FL Duration:3-6 Months Responsibilities: Support the Head of Big Data Analytics, building visions for Risk & Credit and defining the strategic direction in alignment with business strategies. Ensure alignment of Risk & Credit efforts with strategic direction. Roadmap new predictive modelling for risk management purposes. Support and guide IT and business units with advanced analytics services to deliver best in class risk mitigation, return on risk and new product enhancements. Deliver innovative, customer centric and high quality solutions. Support optimisation processes. Develop on business goals. Act as a business representative towards business and IT functions. Ensure transparency towards stakeholders, a positive and creative collaboration and a focus on benefits realisation. Key tasks: Provide recommendations on advanced analytics strategy, including design and development of algorithms/models in Credit & Risk. Train and provide oversight insight and guidance for colleagues in Credit & Risk. Build a strong client relationship with respective IT and business areas. Drive operational execution plans for Big Data Analytics. Conduct models and provide authorisation of design, outcomes and recommendations on implementation and validation steps. Develop scalable, innovative approaches to analysing data from a credit and risk perspective. Plan and perform effective project and application portfolio. Deliver quality solutions that meet business requirements. Project Management Criteria of Success: Must be perceived as proactive, knowledgeable and professional by all stakeholders. Must have the ability to understand and evaluate the objectivity in business needs as “need to have” and “nice to have”. Must be excellent at managing stakeholders’ needs and expectations in terms of prioritization of advanced analytics projects. Must be excellent at making and presenting analyses orally and in writing. Must create transparency towards stakeholders and establish a process for follow-up on benefits realisation.
