Ability to troubleshoot technical problems related to the implementation and processing of software. Ability to research and analyze information. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills with an ability to organize and communicate thoughts clearly. Desired Skills Knowledge of disaster recovery and backup procedures are a plus. Knowledge of MS Visio and Project are a plus. Oracle Application System Administration, BPEL, XML and Workflow experience are a plus.
