PROJECT:
Catamaran IVR/AAEP application migration to Optum IT. This position will
supply support to the Avaya Aura Experience Portal IVR at UHG and potential

support of the Cisco CVP also at UHG. This person will be responsible for
assisting in the onboarding of IVR applications from an acquired partner.
This is

not a software IVR development position but knowledge of the AAEP portal is
required. Knowledge of a different voice portal IVR will be considered.

TEAM:
IVR Voice Portal Support team (5 members)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide 24 x 7 application and infrastructure support for the voice portal
systems at UHG
Assist in troubleshooting efforts when incidents or issues occur
Contribute to root cause analysis for recurring issues
Document operational readiness activities for new business users and
platforms
Plan and track maintenance activities and upgrades as necessary
Coordinate vendor activity
Plan and track change activities including the creation of test plans and
change controls.
Provide support to development resources on the project as necessary.
MUST HAVE:

2 years experience with IVR Voice Portals
2 years Avaya Aura Portal Experience
Experience doing contact center application support in a large enterprise
Excellent communicator
Fast learner

NICE TO HAVE:
Unix Linux Skills Strong technical, analytical, and problem solving skills
