This work will be done using the Authoring Console. The individual will be responsible for writing Rules and Monitors within the Authoring Console. These rules and monitors will be based on the WMI Query Lanaguage (WQL), Windows Event Log information, or reading files on the operating system. In addition, this individual may be responsible for authoring SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports, creating custom classes, and object relationships. Detailed experience with the Authoring Console is not required, though preferred. However, skills with Visual Studio, the .NET Framework, writing WQL, and SSRS is required. *Deliverables: *The final deliverable will be a Management Pack for a hardware device.
