Strong planning and estimating skills and cost management across all phases of the project lifecycle 2. Experience using planning and estimation software such as Microsoft Project 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work with multiple teams, delegating work load and ensuring team efficiency 5. Must be able to identify, access and resolve complex business problems/issues/risks and facilitate issue resolution and risk mitigation 6. Ability to work with business users, understand their needs, and translate such into final project deliverables 7. Ability to work with technical resources, understand their needs and coordinate their efforts to deliver the final project solution 8. Function as a leader throughout the project lifecycle 9.
