*Job Title : Informatica Consultant Location : Phoenix, AZ Duration : 6 Months Rate : Market Local to AZ Only* KEY JOB ELEMENTS Support application development teams in providing data access components such as stored procedures and functions in order to accessdata from OLTP systems Create data integration processes by creating ETL jobs to synchronize data Must possess the ability to enhance and performance tune existing SQL on OLTP systems Evaluate any legacy database code in order to enhance or debug system functionality ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS Reports to: VP, System Integration & Architecture Works closely with: All members of the system integration team, other members of IT Department, assigned employees in other departments, and end users of systems. POSITION SPECIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in database engineering and software development Strong experience in SQL (experience in TSQL is a plus) Solid working experience with SQL Server (2000, 2005 and 2008) and Oracle (8i, 9i, 10G) Strong understanding of database connectivity technologies such as JDBC and ADO.NET Candidates must have in-depth experience in tuning poorly performing stored procedures and queries Must possess solid ETL experience with Informatica PowerCenter 8.x (experience in Informatica PowerExchange is a plus) along with related tools such as SSIS or DataStage Experience with BI tools such as Cognos, OBIEE and MicroStrategy is a big plus Must possess strong platform experience with Microsoft Windows and a Unix based platform such as Linux, HP UX, Sun Solaris and etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work in teams of all sizes and be self-directed with a proven track record of completing tasks, delivery of high quality products and delivering results on time Highly motivated, results driven with strong work ethics ---------------------------------------------- Thanks and Best Regards, Sam Riley | Sr Technical Recruiter Email: [email protected] Direct: 201-710-8278 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
