We are in need of a senior (8 years+) *Project Manager with experience leading back-office out-of-the-box application implementations or custom developed applications*. Back office applications include *Accounting, Procurement, Travel, Invoice Processing, Human Capital Management, Talent Acquisition, and Financial Systems.* PeopleSoft HCM, JDE World, Oracle’s Taleo Cloud Services and Hyperion Essbase and Essbase 11.1.2.3.500.17 running on Oracle 9i/10g/11i all qualify as back office applications for this project. *Position Summary: * This position will be involved, as assigned, to lead back-office out-of-the-box application implementations or custom developed applications. Work will involve the coordination of activities with business and technical stakeholders and, where applicable, a system integrator. The project manager will ensure the project is completed on schedule and that the final product meets the business, technical, quality and contractual requirements. Work may include: Accounting, Procurement, Travel, Invoice Processing, Human Capital Management, Talent Acquisition, and Financial Systems. Existing Lennar systems that may be in the process of being upgraded or enhancements made to existing functionality include: - JDE World A9.2 - ChromeRiver Travel Cloud Services - Metaviewer - PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 - Oracle’s Taleo Cloud Services - Hyperion Essbase and Essbase 11.1.2.3.500.17 running on Oracle 9i/10g/11i *Primary Duties:* - Manage the planning, analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation project effort. - Effectively communicate project expectations with team members and stakeholders in a timely manner. - Be conversant with all contractual details and ensure vendor compliance throughout all phases of a project. - Review, approve and ensure all changes to program scope are documented and follow approved change control processes. - Ensure detail review of deliverables for quality, technical accuracy and requirements compliance. - Manage and coordinate all Lennar and vendor activities. - Monitor project milestones and phases to ensure work progress is on schedule and any change orders are required, justified, approved, and reasonable. - Prepare detailed status reports which accurately report progress and highlight issue and risk items for review and escalation. - Coordinate and communicate work with all team members and related teams in accordance with project timelines, milestones, phases, work requests target dates, and approved executable work packages. - Build and maintain relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and contractor representatives. - Identify risks and issues and proactively address them. - Lead and conduct meetings in accordance with high professional standards and effectiveness. - Protect the Lennar’s best interests in all work managed and performed. *Knowledge and Experience Requirements:* · Minimum 8 years ERP Project Management experience. · Minimum two (2) full lifecycle implementation projects for back-office applications (e.g., HR, Accounting, Budgeting, Procurement, Travel, etc.,) · Experience in planning and conducting and RFI and RFP process from requirements definition, vendor selection, vendor statement of work, through implementation of the selected solution. · Minimum 5 years hands-on expertise using Microsoft Office products including MS-Project and Visio. · Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills. · Experience with management of large software implementation projects. · Experience with process improvement and procedures. · Proven strong organizational skills. · Proven experience managing a large project team. · Experience using ServiceNow for IT Service Management, IT Operations Management and IT Business Management a plus. *Formal Education & Certification* · B.S Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or IT discipline. · PMP certification preferred. · Advance proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and MS-Project) *Personal Attributes* · Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. · Reacts to assignment adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently. · Flexible during times of change. · Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines. · Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating. · Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments. · Ability to defuse tension among project team, should it arise. · Ability to bring project to successful completion through organizational dynamics. · Strong written and oral communication skills. · Strong interpersonal and operational skill sets · Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products – strong analytics skills. · Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies. · Strong Customer service skills and focus required. · Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial. · Tenacious, driven, energetic and a high degree of professional integrity. *Skills Required:* · Strong knowledge of functions and industry trends · Strong relationship building, influencing and communication skills · Broad technical aptitude and knowledge Regards, Parul Gupta, IT-Technical Recruiter P: 609-632-1299, E: pgu...@sourceinfotech.com 3840 Park Avenue, Suite C-205, Edison, NJ-08820 Hangout: <http://www.inceptdatasolutions.com/> guptaparul...@gmail.com *------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------* *Disclaimer:** If you are not interested in receiving our e-mails then please reply with a "REMOVE" in the subject line at * *rem...@sourceinfotech.com* <rem...@sourceinfotech.com>* for automatic removal.
