This is for a 6-month project with possible extension. Requirements Needed – List of Skills/Abilities: Strong experience in *working with relational databases and backend testing using complex SQL queries*; Strong hands on experience with test management tool, *HP ALM/Quality Center*; Strong experience in developing, documenting and executing effective test cases for testing large complex systems; Proven skills in analyzing and documenting complex business processes and workflows; Strong expertise in test planning and test case design methodologies; Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle processes and development methodologies; In depth knowledge of the QA testing principles and strategies; Strong experience in manual testing, developing test plans and writing test cases; Experience in logging and tracking defects using *IBM Rational ClearQuest*; Experience in working with version control systems such as* SVN, VSS or TFS* ; Ability to work independently as well as in a team, work closely with business, testing and development teams; Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, communication and interpersonal skills; and Exceptional time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.
