Will consider experience with conversions from other non-PeopleSoft HR systems. Must have demonstrated knowledge/experience with the following PeopleSoft HCM modules: Payroll Services Time and Attendance Talent Management Benefits Administration Must also be able to perform business process gap analysis work, identifying and documenting the gap associated with "as is" business processes and "to-be" business processes and assist with the migration to the new workflows associated with the new system.
