This requires the ability to develop and support applications using Service Cloud, Sales Cloud. The Salesforce Developer develops, configures, and interfaces the Salesforce tool to the business needs of the NC HIEA. This includes the management of customers, contracts and other clients. The will also be responsible for automating certain processes and interfacing this automation to JIRA, a project management tool which our business partners already use. Develops solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud and Visual Force. Performs technical analysis, design, configuration, and implementation support for system integrations and Salesforce customizations. Creates reports and dashboards using Salesforce to meet the reporting and analytical requirements of the business users. Developing Force.com commercial business applications as part of a collaborative team. Required3Years Force.com experience in Visualforce/Apex development. Required3Years Building complex business applications using Java, C# or C++. Required Developing interactive web-based applications.
