*Title: Systems Analyst with SharePoint * Location: Rancho Cordova, CA (Near Sacramento, CA)
Duration: Long term basis. Interview: Face-To-Face *Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:* · Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills · Strong organizational and time management skills · Strong Knowledge of features and functionality of Microsoft SharePoint (Development) · Strong Knowledge of technology industry standards and trends within area of expertise · Strong Knowledge of technology platform architecture · Strong Knowledge of Agile project lifecycle · Ability to perform multiple, concurrent activities in a fast paced and multi-site, global team *Education & Experience:* · College degree · 4 + years Systems Analyst or technical project experience · Familiarity with a system development lifecycle methodology · Basic experience with the system testing process · Basic experience with Microsoft Excel * Responsibilities include:* · The Systems Analyst designs technology enhancements for SharePoint application to improve business efficiency and productivity and/or resolving existing issues by acting a liaison to the business community. · The Systems Analyst confirms the business' needs and documents existing business processes, workflows, system processes, and data flows in order to identify, recommend, and document the appropriate new business and systems requirements to address those needs. · Once approved, the Systems Analyst works closely with technical staff in their application development team and with Testing Services by supporting the technical system design, systems testing, integration testing, quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing to implement the agreed upon solution. · They work under close supervision with the IT Manager owning the application or the project manager running the project. · Additionally, the Systems Analyst serves as a consultant for the SharePoint platform.
