Certified FileNet P8 Administrator with administrative skills using Content
Manager, Workplace XT, Content Navigator, Content Collector and Enterprise

Records Management (IER). Broad understanding of IBM FileNet P8 Platform,
Core Components, Base Products like Content Navigator & Business

Process Management and Expansion Products like Records Manager, IBM’s
Content Collector for FileShares and SharePoint and DataCap.

Responsibilities:
Client looking for an experienced FileNet Administrator for the Enterprise
Content Management Support Office (ECMSO). ECMSO is a Federal Reserve

nationally provided service that has responsibility to deliver technology
solutions to meet business needs for managing documents and records. The

primary function of the team is to configure and support a Document &
Records Management application using the IBM FileNet 5.2 solution across
all

Reserve Banks This position will have various FileNet Administration
responsibilities including: working with Lead Architects to deploy and test

infrastructure and configuration changes, support the current customer
configurations, complete functional testing while onboarding business
lines, and

collaborating with IBM and FRS resources to address technical issues. This
position is for an experienced Administrator with strong knowledge of how
to

administer IBM’s FileNet P8 ECM Products. The ideal applicant is
self-motivated, willing to take on challenges. And, must be able to work
independently

as well as within a team setting. He or she must also demonstrate strong
problem solving and analytical skills, and be able to communicate well with

staff. The candidate must possess a focus for quality with attention to
detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Promote configuration
between

environments using FileNet Deployment Manager (FDM), Admin Console for CE
(ACCE), Process Configuration Console (PCC) and other related tools.

Configure, Maintain and Support IBM FileNet CPE including: Object Stores,
Doc classes, Documents, Properties, Choice List, Indexes Content Search

Engine, CBR Queries Events, Subscriptions, Actions, Code Modules Bulk
Operations like Search and Update Object Default Security, Inherited
Security,

Owner and Authorization Site Preferences, Access Roles, Component Manager,
Workplace, Workplace XT, Search Templates, ICN and XT Entry Templates

Troubleshoot problems, Review Trace and System Logs, Work with product
service providers to resolve issues and open vendor problem tickets and

enhancement requests Participate in Business requirement and Technical
review sessions with Federal Reserve System customers. Attend Technical

Specification Design meetings to understand requirements and design of the
application or solution based on the FRS standards. Manage and coordinate

multiple simultaneous ECM infrastructure management projects/tasks,
ensuring implementations meet all commitments for scope and schedule.
Perform

various ECM infrastructure configuration and maintenance activities.
Monitor QA project activity in regards to test plans and report results as
related to

the current project. Manage the Change Process for the ECM application(s)
supported including coordinating changes within the overall change process,

communicating changes to necessary parties, and participating in change
planning sessions. Communicate technical issues to Product Managers and

Project Managers.
