*Immediate Need a Advice Production Support Analyst,NC Job Title: Advice Production Support Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 12+ months Required skills Business Analyst working in the Advice Production Support Team Provides Level 2 support for Advisory / Financial Planning applications composed of internally developed and vendor components. Tasks and Responsibilities: Manage production support incident queue for our Advice and Financial Planning platforms. Partner with Development, QA teams, and business partners to resolve incidents and as necessary schedule fixes. Identify, appropriately escalate, and help resolve issues. Generate monthly metrics related to production support incidents and work requests. Ensure tight coordination with project teams as possible enhancements are identified. Ability to independently manage small-size efforts (timeline, risks, issues, etc.). Assist as necessary with regularly scheduled maintenance and small enhancement efforts – developing necessary documentation and assisting with managing effort. Apply our project and process methodology – maintain good, solid documentation. Work individually, and/or on a team, in a matrix environment within both business and IT. Develop and leverage subject matter expertise related to the Client Services’ businesses. Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards. Required education/experience: 5 + years business analysis experience Financial Services experience required - in area such as Advisory Services or Wealth Management. Experience with NaviPlan and / or Ibbotson Advice is a plus. Experience with systems business analyst role in full project lifecycle – gathering requirements, documenting process flows, documenting designs, and assisting with testing and implementation activities. Able to effectively prioritize key business needs and coordinate among multiple business groups. Experience working with business teams, technical teams and vendor applications. Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems and proactively follow tasks to completion. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - ability to work effectively in fast-paced, matrix environment. Internet web application support experience and application testing experience is desired.
