Position : Business Analyst With JD Edwards Financials Location : Rosemont, IL Duration : 4+Months Requirements Thorough knowledge and understanding of JD Edwards ERP System Advanced user of Microsoft Office products Responsibilities Support primary-use applications and functional areas within financial applications in JD Edwards in a global environment. (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, AP, AR, Inventory) Act as Subject Matter Expert in business functions supporting: Finance, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable, Central Data Management including tasks such as:Manage Financial Administration (period close, business units & chart of accounts) Maintain automatic accounting instructions (DM AAIs and AAIs) as needed in daily business operations. Familiarity with Flex Accounting rules Review daily financial & inventory integrity reporting and analyze, research, and correct any errors. Manage issues resolution with appropriate levels of urgency with customers, helpdesk personnel and information technology groups using solid negotiation and conflict management skills, escalating to management and senior leadership appropriately. Demonstrate self-confidence while showing respect and support to others. Participate in cross-functional problem solving teams Independently develop and nurture strong and appropriate relationships with business and technical partners as well as customers in order to advance system efficiency and overall IT perception and support.
