F2F Interview [Need Locals only] Long Term No H1B’s *Requirement:: * - Review requirement documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance or completeness or to mitigate risks. - Participate in design reviews to provide input on *functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.* - Participate in code reviews with team members. - Create and execute *complex test cases, test plans and test scripts (manual and automated).* - Log defects and track to closure. - Manage QA environments and perform application deployment and troubleshooting. - Accurately report on progress on goals to team through effective use of tools and team based communication. - Provide guidance and training to peers in areas of strength as well as general guidance to junior members. - Work directly with others in addition to the *Product Development team such as Customer Support and Customers themselves.* - Consistently work in an agile manner and support a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
