Description : May serve as project coordinator on enterprise-wide ERP projects, including development of the project plan, monitoring and reporting on project progress, and advising managers and stakeholders of potential project delays or resources required to complete the project on time and within budget and scope. Prepare workflow diagrams to specify in detail business processes supported by Workday. Help develop effective reporting tools needed to support business information requirements. Requirements : Strong leader with hands-on ERP Analyst experience that includes at least one successful system implementation in the past two years with the Workday product. Subject matter expert in all facets of ongoing development, support, maintenance and enhancement of the system and related interfaces. Looking for an energetic, engaged problem solver to development system efficiencies with functional leads through maximizing configuration and minimizing customization. Expert knowledge of ERP systems for Human Resources (HCM) and Finance (FIN and Procurement) is necessary to be successful in this role. Experience integrating ERP HR and Financial modules with Identity and Access Management solutions as well as other downstream applications is desired but not required.
