Minimum Requirements:
The successful candidate should posses 4 - 5 years of experience with
following:
-CISCO IOS / CAT OS configuration
-IP routing, including EIGRP and BGP
-IP subnetting
-Qos
-LAN switching
-IP Multicast design and support
-SNMP.
-enterprise network operation.
-Data cabling and wiring
-IPSEC VPN configuration and troubleshooting
-LAN/WAN networking design and troubleshooting
-Knowledge and experience using network management tools similar to
Solarwinds, CiscoWorks and Network General Sniffer.
-Absolutely must have a customer service oriented mindset.
-Must be willing to understand customer needs objectively.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Assist and mentor junior network staff.
