Please let me know your interest in this position*. *Role: IT – Agile Mobile App Test Analyst* *Location: Houston, TX* *Duration: 6 Months* *Need only GC & USC* *Job Description:* *Essential Duties/Responsibilities: * He or she is an IT Application Tester for Mobile Applications. Candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced agile environment. Candidates need to have current hands on testing experience in Electricity Retail Industry, ERCOT process experience, and background. Candidate must be a self-starter, respectful, reliable, with integrity, and team player. *Project testing * · Develop test approaches, test cases, plans, test data, for system, integration, regression, and compatibility test phases of web and SAP projects and other online software development efforts. · Documentation of expected and actual results. · Track and report status on all defects through to closure using CA Agile Central tool (Rally). · Track progress and report on status of test execution against plan. · Regularly report status and raise issues/risks as appropriate. Anticipate and adjust for problems and roadblocks while eliminating roadblocks within control. · Effective communication with project team, customers and sponsors. · Collaborate with team members and operational groups to identify and prioritize/reprioritize work when necessary. · Develop strong working relationships with individuals at all levels of company, operations, and IT applications and infrastructure teams. *Mandatory Skills* · Minimum of three years’ experience with Mobile App testing in agile environment. Current two year of hands on SAP-CCS and Web application testing experience and Worksoft Certify scripting experience. Experience in CA Agile Central tool (Rally). *Desired Skills* *Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* · Demonstrate experience in testing application on different mobile Platform such as iOS and Android devices. · Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment · Strong testing and debugging abilities · Highly responsive to client needs and changing software requirements · Knowledge and practical experience with QA Testing Applications including HP Quality Center 11, Worksoft Certify automation, Quick Test Pro scripting, WinRunner scripting and LoadRunner scripting to handle Functional System Test, Integration Test, Regression Test, Users Acceptance Test, Automation Testing and Performance Test. · Demonstrable experience on SAP-CCS, CRM, IDOC generation and process. · Work experience in deregulated retail electricity business and with associated products. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required in order to provide appropriate cross functional support and interaction. · Ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously. · Ability to prioritize workload. · Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills required. · Detail oriented, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills. · Ability to work well under pressure, remaining focused and calm in the face of distractions, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Flexibility, dedication, and team-spirit is a must.
