*Qualifications:* * Three (3) years of experience with ServiceNow Discovery * ServiceNow Administration certification a plus * ServiceNow Developer certification a plus * Three (3) years of experience with ITIL oriented processes * ITIL v3 certification a plus * Two (2) year experience with ServiceNow related technologies, especially JavaScript and Jelly *Experience with XTML, HTML, CSS, JQuery, SQL and Angular JS *Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Release Management required * Ability to recognize potential and actual issues, needs and opportunities for improvement in the implementation of ITSM technologies and service management practices * Thorough understanding of IT Service Lifecycle * Strong relationship management skills with an ability to work with a diverse audience at different levels * Effective supplier management, stakeholder management and internal customer relationship management * Strong understanding of business needs in a multi-sourced environment * Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to prioritize work *Description:* The ServiceNow Administrator will provide support to ServiceNow enterprise platform to all our employees and partners. The ServiceNow Administrator must possess hands-on experience with administration, support, and development with ServiceNow. The role will require the ability to take charge of challenges, adapt to the business needs, and stay focused on delivering results. ServiceNow Administrator must be experienced with scripting (JavaScript, HTML).
