The candidate will perform the following tasks: • Coordinate the efforts of the Service Discipline team. • Develop and operationalize Release Management for Service Discipline assets. • Develop Service Level Agreement metrics and goals for the Service Discipline. • Participate in process flow analysis and SOA centric process redesign along with the project team discovering, validating, documenting and communicating the organization's services requirements. • Identify issues and risks found in the mapping of existing and proposed services to an enterprise services methodology. • Provide operational production procedures, plans, and training support • Create and Lead training sessions and classes for knowledge sharing. • Help plan and coordinate UAT and performance testing. • Help create and author plans, policies, procedures, and governance for enterprise wide services. • Communicate to stakeholder of any changes and upgrades. • Seek approval of any proposed variation to existing services architecture with the Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure teams. Experience working in a mature Service Oriented Architecture environment. Required5Years Web service design and development experience using BizTalk.
