*Need Business Analyst, Need EAD-GC,GC,USC And Local Consultants* *IN-PERSON INTERVIEW* Position:Business Analyst Location:Denver, CO Duration:6+ Months Skills And Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree ITIL v3 Foundation certified Experience defining, documenting and implementing ITSM processes (mandatory) Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (mandatory) Solid capabilities managing to working plans and meeting deadlines (mandatory) Experience working in a diverse large global organization, achieving results in lieu of location, time zone, or team (preferred) Experience in technology organizations using the ITIL framework for Service Strategy, Design, Transition, and Operational processes (preferred) Solid understanding of support requirements and complexities for external customer facing applications with the ability to understand and accommodate requirements for internal support requirements through use of the same processes (preferred) To perform technical business and IT service delivery activities in support of internal and external facing Service Management Office capabilities as outlined by the Operational Excellence Program. Partner with business and technical process owners or subject matter experts to develop and implement new ITSM processes including gathering requirements, creating process documentation, helping to develop communications, and enabling processes through associated tools (where appropriate).
