Position: DB2 DBA Consultant Location: Detroit, MI Duration: 6 Months *Need Green Card / US Citizens only * *Skills and Experience Required:* - At least 5 years of experience as a DB2 DBA. - At least 5 years of experience as a IMS DBA. - Five years relational database technology expertise with significant experience in identifying and resolving SQL performance issues through tuning. - Experience with DB2 database utilities. - Experience with DB2 database tools. - Experience with IMS database utilities. - Experience with IMS database tools. - Knowledge of computer languages, specifically SQL, PL/SQL, JCL, COBOL. - Service oriented and able to share technical knowledge with others. - Responds to requests for assistance, with some requests requiring formal responses.
