Position : Business Analyst Location : Columbus, OH Duration : 6-12 Months. Possible CTH *!! MUST BE LOCAL TO OH FOR F2F !!* *!! NEED GC OR USC ONLY !!* Required Skills: • 5+ years’ experience in an IT Business Analyst role is required • Must have experience gathering requirements and documenting business process workflows and applications upgrades • Must have solid technical writing ability • Must have the ability to document standard operating procedures • Experience writing use cases is highly desired • Experience leading JAD sessions is required • Must have the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical team members • Must be able to take ownership and drive requirements through to completion • Must have able to interact with business professionals at various levels of a large, enterprise organization • Experience with either IT product assessment, selection, or procurement is desired • Coordination with end users for UAT • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desired Skills: • Exposure to Oracle and SQL Databases • Visio, MS Project, SharePoint • Experience with mobile device management strategies Description of Role/Responsibilities: The Business Systems Analyst will act as a liaison between the business and technical teams. They will need to define, design, and document process flows. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical acumen along with the ability to interface with end user clients.
