Position: Network Architect (CCIE) with SDN AND NFV
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 6-12 Months
*!! Need Green Card & US Citizens only !!*
*Skills and Experience Required:*
- Experience in IT systems analysis and solutions architecture
preparation for enterprise wide infrastructure and application solutions
- Valid CCIE certification – Security, Collaboration or Data Center
- Experience in analyzing complex problems, performing data analysis,
developing and evaluating options, estimating financial and business
implications, and in conveying recommendations to both technical and
non-technical audiences
- Experience in both application and hardware performance analysis in
both physical and virtualized environments (list tools used)
- Experience in consulting or implementations in multiple environments
- Demonstrated expert level knowledge of IP technologies for both IPV4
and IPV6
- Advanced Experience with Linux and Unix environments
- Experience supporting Unified Communications Systems
- Network experience in Wired and Wireless configuration/troubleshooting
and Unified Access
- Demonstrated experience utilizing Visio for technical documentation
- Experience working with virtual solutions including VMware Horizon and
Microsoft VDI
- Hypervisor experience including Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware vSphere, AIX
- Advanced security solutions experience including Palo Alto, Imperva,
Red Seal, and Cisco
- Experience with formal project management methodologies and service
management, ServiceNow practices; i.e. Agile, Lean, ITIL
- Programming experience, i.e. Python, C (C, C++, C#, Objective-C),
Ruby, PHP
- Various networking, storage, server, software and infrastructure
integration practices and technologies
- Virtualization technologies
- Application migration strategies including preparing detailed
migration plans and specifications
- Data taxonomy, management and migration
- Knowledge of data center creation, migration and maintenance
- Disaster Recovery Planning and Mitigation
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences of varying technical
aptitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written and oral
communication skills
- Experience with data migration including provisioning for continuous
service during migration
- Bachelors’ degree in Engineering, Business or Computer field
