*Technical/Functional Skills*
- 2+ years of experience with developing SharePoint solutions with
SharePoint Designer 2010, 2013
- 2+ years of experience with SharePoint technology, including
SharePoint 2010, 2013 and 365, and with building workflows using SharePoint
Designer
- Experience working with InfoPath
*Experience Required*
- 2+ years of experience with information technology
- 2+ years of experience with developing SharePoint solutions with
SharePoint Designer 2010, 2013
- 2+ years of experience with SharePoint technology, including
SharePoint 2010, 2013 and 365, and with building workflows using SharePoint
Designer
- Experience working with InfoPath
- Experience with SharePoint training, including custom branding and
navigation, configuring and administering search, configuring site
collections, designing security, content type development, and application
design and security
- Familiarity with the Microsoft stack of products
- Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management concepts including
continuous integration, continuous
- IT Service Management training/experience
*Generic Managerial Skills*
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- ITIL V3 Certification (Or equivalent training/experience)
- Experience with working on a project team of project managers,
developers, or architects
- Experience with the Agile development methodology
- Ability to analyze and communicate technical issues to a non-technical
audience
