*Position:* *Business Analyst with mortgage experience (preferably
supporting acquisitions portfolios)*

*Client:* *Fannie Mae*

*Note:* She needs someone with mortgage experience (preferably supporting
acquisitions portfolios), but definitely someone with Jira, Agile, business
rules, Excel, PowerPoint, at least 7-8 years of experience, data mapping.

*Business Analyst III* gathers, documents, and most importantly, analyzes
application requirements, conducts application analysis, participates in
functional application design, creates and analyzes ad-hoc reports and aids
in the escalation/resolution of project risks and issues. The candidate may
be required to participate in the development of new products and services
and lead process design activities.
*Required Skillsets*
1) Expertise with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
2) Ability to translate high level business requirements into functional
and system requirements
3) Ability to document business processes
4) Comprehensive knowledge of client-server, object-oriented, and web-based
systems, applications, environments and relevant tools/technology
5) Knowledge of SQL for querying databases
6) Excellent communication skills
7) Strong analytical skills. Ability to identify and evaluate several
alternative solutions and help the team arrive at the best functional
requirement set to meet the business need
8) Knowledge of requirements tools such as JIRA is desired
9) Experience working on Agile projects
*Minimum Education Qualifications*
Bachelor degree or equivalent
