This will require an in-depth as-is and to-be analysis of the client requirements, customization of SAP and business processes, extensive key user training. Currently there are two manufacturing facilities to be included in this effort. Consultant will be responsible for leading the following areas: *Analysis* Gap analysis for already existing processes Blueprinting of Master Data & Processes *Blueprint* Introduction "as it is" situation Introduction "already existing" processes, master data and customizing settings, add-on programming Delta Blueprinting of local processes and needs Blueprinting collaboration OPRA (GUI) and SAP based on existing functions and future design Approval Blueprint and review on costs and budget Start realization based on approved blue print and budget *Setup* Organization of the physical storage location (physical setup, labeling & bar-coding) Master Data (materials, functional objects, equipment, etc.) Material Management processes including scanner support.
