Please help us with the given below requirement, Job Title: Oracle CRM - Service contracts Location: Freemont, CA Duration: 1 Month The requirement is to implement Service Contracts Automated Renewal feature within Oracle 11.5.10. Need the consultant to configure Oracle for Vanilla feature from beginning to end. The consultant is also expected to give expert advice in the following areas: q Infrastructure considerations for this feature q Access to Internal Oracle systems from external customers – firewall issues etc q Security aspects of implementing this feature q Credit Card Authorization / Payment interfaces with PayPal etc - Considerations The consultant should have implemented this feature in the past, from beginning to end. He will need to configure this feature in the vanilla form from renewal to communication to customer, to credit card authorization – no customizations. He should be in an advisory position to provide expert opinion on client’s environment and implementation of this feature, after coming up to speed in a very short amount of time. Need at least 10 years of experience with Oracle applications, and specifically Oracle Service Contracts.
