*Need Oracle DBA* Title:Oracle DBA – 2 Openings Location:Princeton, NJ Duration:1 year Job Description: This position is primarily a day shift position with some after hours work for implementations. Candidates must be able to look at the Oracle databases/associated processes and, ultimately, make recommendations on how to make the Oracle DB landscape more resilient/with higher performance. Ability to identify/diagnose/triage an issue in the landscape before it escalates. Resource is expected to have done coding as a DBA in the past and bring deep knowledge of the performance aspects of the Oracle database. They will be expected to work directly with a group of developers and be able to communicate an issue and provide tactical recommendations/suggestions to the developers on how to resolve it within the environment. Transform business requirements into solutions through the design, development, and maintenance of data warehouse data flows Proactively resolve application and database performance issues.
