Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, completion of logical designs, identify interdependencies, mitigate risks, manage changes, process development, hands on implementation, and knowledge transfer to the operations team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Interface with IT customers to understand business requirements, customer needs, and assist in the development of business cases & justifications. - Align Application Team requirements to specific deployment patterns. - Maintain administrative and learning aid documentation. - Develop and maintain Maintenance Release Plans. - Develop and maintain project intake process. - Mentor peers and operations teams - Provide technical leadership, guidance and consulting to team members and others throughout the organization. - Develop and communicate Quarterly Operational Reports - Assist operational team with workarounds to issues. - Work to resolve problems with service enhancements. - Develop processes, procedures and cost-effective technical solutions to support and improve systems. - Analyzes current technology infrastructure and its ability to support strategic objectives for the customer. QUALIFICATIONS - Ability to deliver technology solutions. - Ability to solve technical problems. - Self-starter; ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong documentation and communication skills. - Strong understanding application deployment fundamentals. - Strong understanding of physical & virtual F5 architectures and device administration. - High proficiency in F5 technologies; Local Traffic Manager (LTM), Adv. Firewall Manager (AFM), Global Traffic Manager (GTM), Access Policy Manager (APM) and Application Security Manager (ASM). - vCMP and network segmentation. - Experience working within Cisco Networking environments. - Understanding how X.509 certificates, certificate authorities and public key infrastructure (PKI) work. - Understanding of DNS infrastructure. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Minimum of 8 years in a large corporate IT environment. - Experience in designing, developing, configuring, and implementing enterprise networks with diverse solutions. - Demonstrated knowledge of F5 Application Delivery feature set through deployment experience. - Ability to work within global project teams and mentor IT colleagues. - Proven track record of implementing significant IT infrastructure projects. - Proven track record of building working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Experience in influencing & managing leadership and stakeholders.
