*Job Title : Sr. IP Engineer Location : Washington Duration : 6 months contract to hire Rate : $50/Hr on 1099 and Salary : 100k US Citizen Rquired !!!! * *(Must have a clearance !!!!!)* CCNA Voice minimum (CCVP preferred), and the Security +(DOD 8570). Scope of Project/Contract: supporting the FFP contract for IP phone support for over 4,000 subscribers. Individual is responsible for day to day management and monitoring of the VOIP network, servers, and phones. Will perform MACs, software upgrades, and patch management. Job Description (Include the day to day job description for the position, size of the team and status within the team, duties and responsibilities): Manage the day to day activities for the Cisco Unity Unified Messaging System and Call Manager. Conduct Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs) Implement security patches. Upgrade Unity software as required. Monitor system for hardware failures. Coordinate hardware replacements with Cisco TAC. Administer Unity Auto Attendant. Use the Remedy Help Desk system to supply help desk support for Unity trouble calls.
